Bin liners (swing / pedal / wheelie)

Bin liners are sized to the bin, not the load: pedal bin liners (typically 10–25 L), swing bin liners (40–60 L), and wheelie bin liners (120–360 L) for the wheeled containers of UK households and businesses. Construction is light-gauge LDPE/MDPE or crisp-feeling HDPE, flat-sealed or star-sealed, on rolls or boxed.

Buying points: nominal bin size and actual liner dimensions (a 50 L liner that will not fold over a 50 L bin's rim is a returns pile), gauge for the intended waste, colour coding for waste streams, and counts. High recycled content runs well in liners, and at 30%+ the importer's PPT liability disappears with a batch declaration as evidence. Classified HS 3923.21 with other PE sacks and bags.
