PET Sheet & Thermoforming Rolls
APET and RPET sheet in 150–1200 µm, slit to width on 76 mm cores, with 30% PCR as standard and up to 100% rPET — food-approved grades from super-clean input with a Declaration of Compliance.
Turkish extruders supply the European thermoforming market at scale, and sheet is where certified rPET flake becomes a finished, tax-relevant product. Our standard offer is 30% post-consumer content — the UK Plastic Packaging Tax exemption threshold — rising to 50, 70 or 100% where the application allows. Food-contact grades use approved super-clean rPET input consistent with Regulation (EU) 2022/1616 and ship with a Declaration of Compliance. Thickness tolerance, width and roll geometry are locked per order; every delivery carries a batch declaration stating recycled content.

- Finished product, HS 3920.62 (PET plates/sheet/film, non-cellular). Recycled content stated per batch; for UK importers the sheet itself is packaging-tax-relevant when converted to packaging components.
- Certification chain
- Extrusion partners are RecyClass or GRS certified; food-grade lines run approved super-clean rPET input consistent with the Regulation (EU) 2022/1616 framework. DoC identifies the decontamination technology and its authorisation.
