Single polymer, known resin grade, documented origin, never mixed with post-consumer waste: post-industrial scrap commands premium prices and, where end-of-waste criteria are met, can ship as product rather than waste — the simplest paperwork in the trade. We buy PE, PP, PET, PS and engineering polymer streams as regrind, offcuts or lumps, priced per polymer and form against a declared resin grade. Compliance & documentation

Waste / product classification: Clean single-polymer production scrap may meet end-of-waste criteria and ship as product under the polymer's own HS heading; otherwise it moves green-list under B3011. We state the classification per contract — it changes the paperwork, not the price discipline.
Certification chain: EA registered waste carrier/broker/dealer (upper tier). For product shipments, resin datasheet references travel with the load.

Frequently asked questions

What is our production scrap actually worth?

Typically well above post-consumer equivalents. Natural PE film offcuts can approach virgin-minus rates; clear PET skeleton waste, single-grade PP regrind and engineering polymer sprues all price on resin identity and cleanliness. Send the resin grade from your datasheet, the form and monthly tonnage — a real number usually comes back the same day.

Can our scrap ship as product instead of waste?

Often, yes. Clean, single-polymer regrind with documented origin that needs no further sorting can meet end-of-waste criteria and travel on a commercial invoice under the polymer's HS heading — no Annex VII, no waste-quota interaction at the Turkish end. We assess this per stream and put the classification in the contract, because guessing is how loads get stuck.

Do we need to grind our offcuts first?

No. Baled offcuts, boxed lumps and reel ends are all bought as they are; grinding adds value only when the regrind stays single-grade and uncontaminated. If your granulator runs multiple polymers, ungraded bales are usually worth more than cross-contaminated regrind — we will tell you which way the maths falls for your streams.

How do standing collections work for a busy factory?

We place labelled containers or agree bale/box formats per stream, schedule collections to your production rhythm, and reconcile weighbridge tickets on every pickup. Pricing follows a monthly formula per stream. One statement, one contact, and your yard stops filling up with scrap you are too busy to sell properly.
