Recycled Pellets — rPET · rHDPE · rLDPE · rPP

Extruded and filtered recycled granules from certified Turkish compounders: rPET for bottle and fibre, rHDPE for blow and injection moulding, rLDPE film grade and rPP homo/copolymer.

MFI graded25 kg / big-bag / octabinPCR declared

Pellets are the drop-in route to recycled content: melt-filtered, degassed and lab-tested granules that run on standard equipment without a wash line. Our compounding partners work from documented post-consumer and post-industrial feedstock; every grade carries a datasheet with MFI or IV, density, ash and colour, and every consignment ships with a batch declaration stating recycled content and its pre-/post-consumer split. For UK packaging producers that declaration is the working evidence for the 30% Plastic Packaging Tax exemption.

Compliance & documentation

Waste / product classification
Product, not waste: pellets are a finished polymer raw material with agreed specification. Classified under HS 3907.61 (rPET), 3901 (PE) or 3902 (PP) with recycled-content statements on the commercial documents.
Certification chain
Compounding partners hold GRS, RecyClass or EuCertPlast certification with EN 15343 traceability from feedstock lot to pellet lot. Certificate numbers are quoted on every batch declaration and verifiable in public scheme databases.
Documentation supplied
  • Batch declaration — recycled content % and pre-/post-consumer split
  • Grade datasheet: MFI/IV, density, ash, colour, filtration
  • Producer certificate reference (GRS / RecyClass / EuCertPlast)
  • Origin declaration under the UK–Türkiye FTA (0% tariff)

Applications & end markets

One pellet grade per process — tell us the machine and the end product and we match MFI, filtration and colour:

  • rPET: sheet extrusion, strapping, fibre; food-grade after approved super-clean step
  • rHDPE 0.3–0.7 MFI: blow-moulded bottles, jerry cans, drums
  • rHDPE 4–8 MFI: injection moulding — crates, pallets, closures
  • rLDPE film grade: refuse sacks, collation shrink, general film
  • rPP homo/copo: injection parts, crates, automotive and furniture compounds

Quality & inspection

  • 01

Compounder audit: extrusion line, filtration, lab equipment and certification scope verified on site.

  • 02

Grade lock: MFI/IV window, ash and colour agreed in the contract, not after.

  • 03

Pre-shipment lot testing against the locked grade; datasheet issued per lot.

  • 04

Loading photographed: packaging, labels, container seal — shared same day.

  • 05

Retained samples per lot for 12 months; deviations settled against them.

Frequently asked questions

Do your pellets count toward the UK Plastic Packaging Tax exemption?
Yes, where the packaging component reaches 30% recycled content. Our batch declaration states the recycled percentage and its pre-/post-consumer split, referenced to the producer's GRS, RecyClass or EuCertPlast certificate. HMRC's evidence requirements are met by holding that declaration alongside your production records. Note the expected 2027 tightening toward post-consumer-only recycled content — our PCR grades already satisfy it.
Will recycled pellets run on my existing machines?
That is the point of buying pellet rather than flake or regrind. We match MFI to your process — 0.3–0.7 g/10 min for blow moulding, 4–8 for injection, 0.3–2.0 for blown film — and the melt is filtered to 90–150 µm, so gels and contaminants are controlled. Most customers run our grades neat or blended with virgin at 30–70% without tooling changes.
What is the difference between PCR and PIR grades, and which do I need?
PCR (post-consumer recyclate) comes from material that served its consumer life — bottles, film collections. PIR (post-industrial) comes from converter offcuts and start-up scrap: cleaner and more consistent, but it carries less weight in sustainability claims, and the UK PPT consultation trend is toward post-consumer-only qualifying content from 2027. If the pellet feeds taxed packaging, choose PCR; for technical parts where consistency rules, PIR often wins.
Can you supply food-grade rPET pellet?
Yes — from lines running an approved super-clean decontamination process consistent with the framework of Regulation (EU) 2022/1616, supplied with a Declaration of Compliance for the stated food-contact conditions. Standard rPET pellet without that process is not food-contact eligible, and we will say so plainly rather than leave it ambiguous.
What packaging and minimum order do you work with?
Standard packaging is 25 kg bags on shrink-wrapped pallets, 1-tonne big-bags, or octabins of roughly 1,000–1,100 kg. Minimum order is one 20' container, about 22–24 tonnes depending on packaging. We quote EXW, FCA, CIF or DAP; road freight to the UK runs 5–8 days, deep-sea 12–18.
