Beyond PET, Turkish extruders run deep PP and styrenic sheet capacity. We supply PP sheet for industrial thermoforming and fabrication, and HIPS for print, display and packaging applications. Recycled-content grades are available where the application allows, each with a batch declaration. Formats run from thin-gauge thermoforming rolls to cut sheets and thick plates; colour matching to RAL or a physical sample is standard practice.

Frequently asked questions

Can you match a specific colour?

Yes — send a RAL reference or a physical countersample. The extruder produces a colour chip for approval before the production run, and the approved chip is retained with the order file. Metallic and fluorescent shades need a feasibility check first; standard opaque colours match within one working delta-E for most applications.

Do you supply food-contact PP or HIPS?

Yes, from lines running food-contact-compliant materials with a Declaration of Compliance covering the stated conditions of use. Specify food contact at enquiry stage: it determines resin selection, masterbatch and the documentation pack. Recycled content in food-contact styrenics is not generally permitted, so those grades are virgin-based — we will not blur that line.

What is the minimum order for a custom colour or gauge?

A production run is typically one full truck (about 22 tonnes) per colour and gauge. Smaller trial quantities can sometimes ride along with a compatible run — ask, and we will schedule around the extruder's campaign plan. Standard natural and white are held closer to stock and move faster.

Roll or cut sheet — which should I order?

Inline thermoformers take rolls (state core, OD and max weight). Sheet-fed machines and fabricators take cut sheets or plates — state your bed size and stacking limit. Cutting tolerance is ±2 mm standard; tighter on request. Plates above 2 mm ship on flat pallets with edge protection.
