LDPE Film Scrap
We buy baled LDPE film across the UK in grades 98/2, 95/5, 90/10, 80/20 and jazz — from single bales of production film to contracted monthly volumes.
LDPE film is the highest-volume grade we ship to Türkiye, where licensed reprocessors pelletise it for film and bag production. We buy from waste companies, MRFs, distribution centres and converters. Grading follows the standard colour-ratio convention — 98/2 means at least 98% clear/natural film — and our graders quote from photographs, usually same day. Every load moves as green-list B3011 material with a full Annex VII trail to a consignee whose Turkish licence and import quota we have verified before contract. Domestic ultra-clean film may achieve more in the UK; where that is true, we say so rather than buy it for export.

Compliance & documentation
- Waste / product classification
- Green-list waste under entry B3011: single-polymer, sorted plastic destined for recycling. Ships under Article 18 (Annex VII) procedure — no notification required when the specification is met, which is why grading discipline matters.
- Certification chain
- We are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier/broker/dealer (upper tier). Consignees hold Çevre İzin ve Lisans Belgesi with import quota verified before contract.
- Documentation supplied
- Annex VII form signed by all parties, retained 3 years
- Contract with the licensed Turkish consignee (recovery obligation)
- Waste transfer note at UK collection
- Photographic loading report per container
- Türkiye import notes
- Türkiye accepts sorted single-polymer film; mixed plastics are banned. Quota headroom at the consignee is confirmed per contract — your material never waits at port for paperwork.
