Annex VII

Annex VII is the one-page document that accompanies every green-list waste shipment under Article 18 of the Waste Shipment Regulation — the paperwork backbone of compliant plastic scrap exports. It names the person who arranges the shipment, the consignee and recovery facility, the carriers, the waste (Basel code, HS code, description) and the actual tonnage, and it is signed as a legal declaration that the shipment complies.

Three obligations travel with it: a contract between arranger and consignee containing recovery and take-back clauses must be in force; all parties retain the form for at least three years; and the information must match the physical load — mismatches are the classic trigger for port inspection findings.
