UK commercial & compliance
Runs UK customer relationships, pricing and regulatory compliance. Owns our Environment Agency registration, Annex VII processes and the 2026 reporting calendar. Came up on the buy side of the waste industry, so knows which side of the table suppliers sit on.

Türkiye supply & inspection
Manages the Turkish producer and recycler network and conducts plant inspections in person. Decades of production experience in the Turkish plastics industry. Owns licence and quota verification, loading supervision and Turkish-language negotiation.

Logistics & finance
Comes from maritime and logistics. Runs freight, routing and container planning, payment structures (T/T and letters of credit) and currency exposure. Responsible for the integrity of the operations file, from loading report to weighbridge reconciliation.
