RPET thermoforming roll

An RPET thermoforming roll is PET sheet with declared recycled content, slit to the former's feed width and wound to agreed roll geometry — the form in which recycled PET actually enters packaging production. Standard construction is often A/B/A: virgin or food-approved skins around a recycled core, letting one roll combine surface quality with high PCR percentages.

Buying points: PCR level (30% for UK tax exemption, up to 100%), whether the recycled input is super-clean/food-authorised with a DoC, thickness profile and tolerance, width, roll OD and weight against the machine's capacity, and the batch declaration tying the roll to certified recyclate. Classified HS 3920.62. The roll's paperwork matters as much as its gauge: without the declaration chain, the recycled content exists commercially only as a claim.
